  • TV/DVD/Cable: 1 TV w/cable in each bedroom and the living area
  • Outside shower is available next to the stairway.
  • One parking free space
  • Extra parking spaces may be available on the street
  • Washer and Dryer in the unit
  • Absolutely, no smoking inside the unit and no pets allowed
  • The unit is within a walking distance to Ocean City Convention Center, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, mini golf, and restaurants.
  • Shops: 45th Street Shopping Mall, Mini Market Anthony's beer and wine.
