Parking:   There is one parking space reserved for the unit. For a second parking space check with owner. Parking is by permit only.

Live entertainment:   Enjoy live entertainment every Wednesday and Sunday during the Summer on the Golden Sands' large ocean front deck. There is also a bar & grill on the deck with tables and chairs provided to you by the Golden Sands.

Private beach:   Golden Sands offers you a private beach. Chairs and umbrellas are provided by Golden Sands.

Shops:   Convenience store and gift shops (jewlery, beach ware) are available on the deck level.

Game room:   Enjoy a game or two in the Golden Sands' game and arcade room.

Boardwalk:   Ocean City buses provide all day rides for only $2.00. It takes off the hassle and stress of driving and parking.

Swimming Pools:   There is one indoor swimming pool on the 22nd floor and one outdoor swimming pool.

Tennis Court/Volleyball:   Enjoy a tennis or volleyball game at the ocean front tennis court and volleyball area.
