We have weekly rentals starting on Saturday.   Partial week with 2 nights minimum are available during the off-season.

Reservations:
Reservation is only guaranteed with a credit card payment using PayPal on our website.

Payments:
- Use the PayPal button on this website to make your payments.
- One-third of the rental amount must be received at the time of your reservation.
- Receipt of your deposit will be generated automatically upon completion of payment.
- Balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- $25 charge will be applied to late unpaid balance
- All rates are subject to 6% Maryland tax and 5% County room tax.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit is required, check with the owner.

Cancellations:
1. All cancellations will be charged $50 plus PayPal processing fee.
2. If the property is re-rented for the full amount your full payment will be returned less item 1 above.
3. If the owner was unable to rent the property and had to reduce the rate, you will be refunded at the reduced rate minus item 1 above.
4. If the owner was unable to re-rent the property, the full rental deposit is forfeited.
5. All cancellations must be in writing.
6. Once a payment is made, the cancellation policy is in effect.

Check-In:
Check-in time is between 3 and 4 PM unless you've worked out another arrangement with the owner.


Occupancy Limits:
Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit that is posted on this website. This limit will be enforced.

Noise:
After 10 PM, please be considerate of your neighbors. Noise on the balcony, deck, or walkway, can disturb those wishing to retire early. Also, be aware that Ocean City had a noise ordinance, which will be enforced.

Profanity and/or Unruly Behavior:
At all times, please exhibit good and responsible behavior in all public areas around the condo. Horseplay and unruly behavior is prohibited, as is the use of vulgar or profane language. Do not throw any items from the baclony or deck. In short, be considerate of other guests and your neighbors. And, this policy is in your best interest so that you enjoy your vacation.

Security Guards:
Our units are located in buildings that has security guards. These guards are there to enforce the rules.

Check-Out Time:
Your check out time is 10:30 AM. We need to get the unit ready for the next guests, therefore, it is very important that you remove all your belongings from the unit by 10:30.

Check-Out Requirements:
You are expected to leave the unit as you found it. Please leave property in the following condition:
1) Remove all food from refrigerator and all trash from property.
2) Clean dishes and utensils and store them properly.
3) Make beds.
4) Leave furniture arranged properly.
5) Check all drawers and closets for your personal items.
6) Close windows and lock the doors when leaving
7) Return keys, pool tags, and parking permit to the owner

Baby Stuff:
We provide a crib & a highchair

Linens and towels:
You will need to bring your own linens, towels, paper products and soap. If you wish to rent linens from us, we will give you a very reasonable price.


Parking:
A signed parking space will be provided to you at check in time. Boat trailers, or any other type of trailers, are not permitted to park on city streets or in the property parking lots.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the premises

Telephones:
Telephone is for local calls only. You can make long distance calls using your calling card or credit card. In Maryland, an area code is required when dialing a local number.

Swimming Pools:
Most of our units have swimming pools. Please check the amenities of each unit

Grills:
Grills of any kind are not permitted inside, or on the balconies/decks of any of our condos.

High School Graduates and Under 21 Guests:
Guests are required to comply with this section as well as all of the above sections in this policy

Be aware the legal age of alcohol consumption in the State of Maryland is 21

No one over 21 will be allowed on the property unless they are registered as guest

No unregistered friends are allowed to stay overnight

Agreement detailing the above will be sent prior to arrival and must be signed by parents or legal guardians. Bring with you the signed agreement on the day of check in.
